The Day
3:30 pm
Please arrive by 3:45 to find your seats. Light refreshments will be available.
4:00 pm
An outdoor ceremony on the meadow lawn, lasting approximately 30 minutes.
4:30 pm
Drinks and passed hors d'oeuvres on the barn terrace while we take photos.
6:00 pm
Dinner, dancing, toasts, and dessert in the restored Willow Creek Barn.
10:00 pm
Evening ends with a sparkler farewell. Shuttle service back to hotels runs until 11 pm.
Where to Go
Nestled in the Vermont foothills, Willow Creek Farm is a working farm and event venue surrounded by rolling meadows and old-growth maples. The ceremony takes place on the south lawn; the reception in the hand-hewn timber barn.

Good to Know
Yes! The ceremony is on the south lawn. In the event of rain, we have a beautiful covered pavilion as backup. We'll notify guests one week before if we need to use it.
We love your little ones! Children are welcome at the ceremony. The reception is adults-only (18+), so we recommend arranging childcare for the evening.
Garden formal — think summer dresses, linen suits, or cocktail attire. Since part of the evening is on grass, we recommend block heels or flats. June in Vermont can be cool in the evenings; a light layer is a good idea.
